- Inventory (Original) in English or Spanish,
indicating value declared for Customs
- Include brand name, serial #, model
and price of the electronic equipment
and electrical appliances
- Purchase Invoice (Original) for any new
items in shipment, legalized by Consulate
and attached to inventory
- Letter authorizing Destination Agent to
clear shipment
- ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE ORIGINALS
AND COMPLETE. DELAYS DUE TO INCOMPLETE
OR INCORRECT DOCUMENTS WILL BE CHARGED TO
THE CUSTOMER.
CUSTOMS REGULATIONS
- CUSTOMER MUST BE IN COUNTRY AT
TIME OF CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
- All used household goods and personal
effects are subject to import taxes and
duties
- Only one shipment allowed, unless declared
as partial shipment
- All shipments inspected

- Explosives
- Pornographic or subversive material
- Weapons, ammunition, animal or agricultural
products, plants, medicines, and large quantities
of liquor and food require special permits

- Autos are subject to import taxes and
duties
- Amount to be paid depends on value, model,
year, cubic centimeters and extras
